Cancellation Policy

1. Self-Service 1-Click Cancellation

You can cancel your active subscription at any time without talking to sales or sending emails. Simply navigate to /billing and click "Cancel Subscription". A 2-step confirmation modal ensures no accidental cancellations occur.

2. Retention of Paid Benefits Until Billing Period End

When you cancel a subscription:

• You will NOT be charged on the next billing date.
• You retain full access to Pro / Institutional features until the conclusion of your current 30-day paid cycle.
• At the end of the paid period, your account automatically transitions to the Starter (Free) tier without interrupting saved strategy code.

3. What Happens to Active Live Bots & AI Quotas Upon Downgrade

If your active bot count or connected broker count exceeds the Starter tier limits (1 broker, 2 live algorithms) at the expiration of your paid cycle, Furnace Studio will pause supplementary live execution bots and notify you in the Command Center. No open broker positions are force-closed without user confirmation. Crucible Copilot queries will smoothly adjust to the standard Starter daily quota (5 research queries/day) while all existing saved strategies and tearsheets remain permanently intact in your workspace.

4. Reactivation & Plan Changes

You can reactivate your subscription or upgrade tiers at any time through the Billing page with instant direct checkout.
