Cancellation Policy

1. Self-Service 1-Click Cancellation

You can cancel your active subscription at any time without talking to sales or sending emails. Simply navigate to /billing and click "Cancel Subscription". A 2-step confirmation modal ensures no accidental cancellations occur.

2. Retention of Paid Benefits Until Billing Period End

When you cancel a subscription:

• You will NOT be charged on the next billing date.
• You retain full access to Pro / Institutional features until the conclusion of your current 30-day paid cycle.
• At the end of the paid period, your account automatically transitions to the Starter (Free) tier without interrupting saved strategy code.

3. What Happens to Active Live Bots Upon Downgrade

If your active bot count or connected broker count exceeds the Starter tier limits (1 broker, 2 algos) at the expiration of your paid cycle, the system will pause supplementary bots and notify you in the Command Center. No positions are force-closed without user confirmation.

4. Reactivation & Plan Changes

You can reactivate your subscription or upgrade tiers at any time through the Billing page with instant Razorpay checkout.
